PRB Machining is a USA Veteran Owned Business
Quality and Good Ole Customer Service is the Key. Some history about Phil, PRB Machining!
I machined the first Mustang ABS delete manifold for my 2003 Mach 1 back in 2006. I was looking to remove weight, clean up the engine bay while gaining firmer brake pedal in drag racing. I wanted to make this an easy install without re-plumbing/splicing/flaring of the factory brake lines. With the option to return back to the factory ABS actuator brake pump.
I tested this delete manifold for a full racing season (2006) and on the street, driving my 03 Mach 1 to the track. The manifold worked flawlessly and never leaked! I started machining ABS delete manifolds for other drag racers & friends with my Smithy table top Power feed manual mill in 2006. I now utilize a Haas TM-1P CNC milling center and Tormach PCNC 1100 mill.
I graduated a 4yr apprenticeship (1996-2000) machinist program for the state of Ohio and NASA back in Nov 2000, as a "Model Maker Machinist". I was a machinist at NASA for 21 yrs. I served 8 yrs active duty Air Force as a "Fire Protection Specialist". Then 2 yrs Air National Guards "Fire Fighter" and 8 yrs as a civilian "Fire Fighter/EMT" at NASA Glenn Research Center.
I officially started PRB Machining, LLC back in March 2011 for the state of Ohio. This is all that I machine and sell, ABS delete manifolds. I have 14 plus years of experience machining/designing "only" ABS delete manifolds.
